Agreement
1. I will not share or distribute any customer property, ideas, data or orders.
2. I will follow instructions given by managers and resolve problems respectfully.
3. I will support old customers for one month after the order is completed. (If it cannot be done for any reason, this should be reported to the administrators.)
4. I will complete all my open orders before leaving Discord.
5. I will remain professional and mature; I will not argue with discord members, especially customers.
6. I will not scam anyone on or off Discord.
7. I will keep my portfolio up to date by allowing potential clients to browse my work.
8. As a freelancer, I will never accept external payments from WellSetups clients directly to my bank account or in any other form. (All order payments completed through WellSetups will be made through administrators.)
9. I will not steal the work of others or claim it as my own. (If you are found to be doing this, you will be immediately removed from the team and any orders you are working on will be unpaid and cancelled.)
10. I agree that I will not recommend any service or product that is in direct competition with WellSetups (For example, recommending another team for order fulfillment).
11. I will notify the admin team at least 72 hours before leaving the team and/or Discord.
12. If I breach any provision of this agreement; I agree that my personal information will be shared with relevant persons in case I commit any crime.
1. Freelancer Rules

You must follow the WellSetups Discord rules.

You must contact the management to have your portfolio images on a special web page on your behalf.

Orders and customers or managers who message you regarding WellSetups must be responded to within 48 hours or you may be removed from the team.

As a freelancer at WellSetups, you must act professionally and reasonably in your interactions with clients and other community members.

If you have any concerns about orders and customers, contact management. Let them know the situation and what is bothering you so the issue can be addressed properly.
2. Payment Processing

In WellSetups, a customer requests an order, the bot automatically tags the request and is visible only to certain roles. Then you can make an offer; You can discuss the price and delivery date with the customer.

If the customer accepts your offer, you will automatically be added to the request and you can discuss service details with the customer.

Once the payment is made, you can start working and once the order is completed, the fee will be sent to your bank account, but if there is a bank transfer or any transfer fee, it will be deducted from the money sent to you, for example: If you have a $100 receivable, you may receive $96 due to a $4 bank transfer fee.

Do not start work before the client pays the stated fee, otherwise you will be responsible for any losses in case of cancellation or abandonment.

If payment is made through our website, an additional transaction fee will be charged in accordance with our terms of service. You will not be affected by this fee.
3. Revisions and Updates

Updates must be shared in the order channel throughout the order period.

The customer must pay the remaining fee after the order is completed (if not paid) and may request minor changes after receiving and testing the product.

Sending direct messages (DMs) to the customer is prohibited and if this is detected you will be removed from the team; You will probably be subject to some criminal proceedings.
4.Refund
The customer has the right to a partial or full refund if the product lacks quality or if its initial wishes are not met. In this case, you will not receive money. Ask questions to accurately understand the customer's wishes. Additionally, the customer is likely to request changes and revisions before considering a return, return should be the last resort.
